Where will my order ship from?
We work with the best on-demand order fulfilment company with facilities worldwide, including USA, UK, Europe and Australia.
What countries do you deliver to ?
We ship to all countries, excluding Russia, Cuba, Crimea, Iran, North Korea, and Syria.
Do you offer shipping with tracking?
Yes, all SuperArt shipping methods have tracking. Note that the quality of tracking may differ for some local carriers
How long does fulfillment take?
Fulfillment time is the time it takes to make your custom-ordered product. Our fulfillment time is calculated in business days:
- 2-7 business days for apparel products
97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or fewer.
When will I get my order?
It takes 2-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
– USA: 5- 8 business days
– Europe: 5- 8 business days
– Rest of the world: 10-20 business days
What if the order is lost in the mail?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
– Check your confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
– Ask your local post office if they have your package.
– Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them.
If the shipping address was correct, and the post office can’t locate the package for you, get in touch with us at “support (at) superart.net” with your order number no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date, Once we receives your report and confirms all the details, we’ll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
Pro tip: Make sure your delivery address is correct, use your neighbour’s or work address, if you won’t be at home for the delivery.
What happens if a package wasn’t delivered, but the tracking states that it was?
If the package was marked as delivered by the carrier, but you have yet to receive it, we won’t cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order.
There may be cases where the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at your address. You should reach out to the carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person.
If you are unable to locate the package, you will need to place a new manual order to have it reshipped. We’re not yet able to assist with filing claims with shipping carriers but hope to do so in the future!
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
My order shows it is being returned to sender, what now?
There are a few reasons an order can be returned to sender but most often it is due to an undeliverable address. Other instances include the package being unclaimed at customs or refused/returned by customer.
You will need to contact us with an updated address if you wish to have the product reshipped. New shipping charges will be applied for orders that have been unclaimed, returned, or had an incorrect address originally provided.
Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to yo
