What’s your return policy?
At SuperArt, we are working with the best partners to provide you the best product quality. All our orders will go through a 3-step quality check before we ship them out.
Due to the make-on-demand nature of the business, if you would like to exchange or returns a product without any defect or due to a wrong size being ordered would be handled at your expense by placing a new order, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at “support (at) superart.net”
In the rare case, if the product was damaged during shipment, please email us the photos of the product and the packing slip no later than 1 weeks after the product has been received, we will take responsibility and provide a replacement.
How long do I have to submit a claim for a return/exchange?
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 1 week after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at “support (at) superart.net” with photos of wrong/damaged items within a week after you received the products, and we’ll sort that out for you.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.
